These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of Abrapix, an AI-powered image generation platform, operated by Floral Innovations B.V., trading as Abrapix.

Abrapix is a B2B platform intended exclusively for businesses and professionals. Consumers are not permitted to use the platform. Users must be at least 18 years old.
An account is required to generate images. Account sharing within an organization is permitted. Abrapix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.
Abrapix provides AI-based image generation using a credit-based system.
There are no recurring subscriptions unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Standard templates are included depending on the selected plan. Custom templates are available for a fixed fee. Abrapix retains full ownership of the underlying template structure and logic.
Users retain ownership of uploaded content. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they own or have the necessary rights to upload and use any content, including images, products, logos, or likenesses.
Users own the generated images and may use them commercially. Abrapix is not responsible for any third-party claims resulting from user uploads or generated content.
Abrapix may use uploaded content and generated output internally to improve its services and AI models. Such use will never be public or identifiable.
Users may not use Abrapix for:
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Abrapix does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor specific output quality.
Abrapix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands.
